A sunday~
Yay! Finally managed to check my blog skin! Happy and accomplished! Will need sometime to get use to it. Ok. Nothing much happened on sunday. Just still feel a bit werid not having my bro to go to church with mi. Ha... service was great. To be challenged once again to EXCEL! So must really study hard for my wheelock degree! I can do all things through Christ who strenghten me! After svc, went for makeup cg at artisties' room. That tommy ar... so funny during cg and fellowship. Keep talking crap but it's good that he will listen when it's time to listen ba. After that was suppose to go for the poly briefing but end up nv go in cos already started. But anyway, I'm really having an identity crisis. Am I a Poly student or a Uni student? A Uni student studying in a polytechnic is really making me confused. Everytime some tuition agents called me, I will have to explain again. So it's like explain so many times to SO many people. Hopefully on thur, the launch of the wheelock program will create a big wooha on the news or newspaper so that everyone will know abt it then I no nd to explain anymore. Ha... Some people even think that it's a private course but it's NOT! Cos it's under MOE cos we got thier subsidy. Shall see how ba.
After that we went down to bedok food centre to look for the rest of the cg, we ate, fellowshipped, laughed and have a wonderful time i guess. So long nv really have a good fellowship le. Then the rest decided to go down to PS and fellowship, I really wanna go de but I am get back home to do attendance by 6pm and it's was like 4pm already when they decided to leave. But... low and behold, siewpeng said wait for my cgl to come. We waited and waited for about 30minutes till she finally arrived but all of us somehow or another was kena scolded for wanting to go out and not go home and celebrate Father's day and the sec sch students were scolded for not supporting and going for the youth camp. If I were them, I sure wan to go de. Last time I always wonder, why other church got camp why we dun have. And my conclusion will always be cos we're too big in number so very difficult to have one. But finally have a Youth camp but they dun wan to go. Also dunno why. So I agreed with this. But as for the Father's day thingy, I really dun agree cos it's like you can put ur own expectation or ur own norms on other ppl thinking that all must go home and celebrate Father's day ma. It's quite private kind of things. Not every family celebrate Father's day for some particular reason de ma. It's kind of should be voluntary not a MUST. Was quite taken aback by this incident. Reminded mi of the scaring incident when she scolded me during last year Emerge. I can onli say that everyone has thier way of thinking and doing things (That includes leading a cg). So yup, everyone was quite upset abt this la. I wonder would it be better if Cindy (the other cgl) was there. Hmmm...
Did my attendance when I got home. Once again it's not as fantantic as the May report so nd to jiayou le! Was online till like 3am cos was talking on the phone with Hui till 2am then Yizhen was getting songs from me on msn. Hui, next time then we go Malaysia together ok?(Everyone hor... that included, daphne and shuling too) This time let shuling and oliver enjoy themselves. Ha...

A day to remember
Woah... Wanted to blog yesterday but was terribly tired after one whole day. From morning woke up at 7am to send my bro off to NS. Yes, he is in Tekong right now. Ha... He called back yesterday and today. Dun if he will continue to do that or not. lolx. Hearing my mum talking on the phone to him like very long never see him like that. Nothing much but the sergent was very humorious cos he said I will assure you that your son will call back but I can gurantee that he talk to you 5 mins and 55mins with his girlfriend. lolx. Tasted the food. No so bad la but the portion was really big. How do they slim down by eating so much. ha... they even showed us pictures of previous NS guy from Hundred eighty something slim down to hundred forty something. Average weight loss is 20 kg. Ha... Was be going in again on 12th Dec during his graduation. Ha...
After went to shop at White Sands. Never thought that White Sands will change so much. Really nicely decorated and renovated. Must go there more often but not very convenience unless I go there after my tuition. After that was approach by a Prudential Agent. He was telling me about the plan and I think it's a great plan to help me do some saving which will grow as the increase is 3% (POSBANK onli 0.25%) and at the same times there is a inssurance coverage plus every year can withdraw $500. So it's a good plan and I decided to invest in it. Will nd to put in $70 per month so I guess should be a problem by saving some money from my tuition fees. Anyway, it's good to have a policy to help you save money if not I think my bank will always be zero if I have my ATM card with me. The funny part is I know so many Prudential agents, at least five but they did not introduce this policy to me so guess they lost some commission from me. lolx.
Went to give tuition after that. Was late cos of the agent who initially said will take about 2-3 minutes but end up like 30mins. And terrible things happened when I went to top my EZ-link card. I was so happy when I saw a receipt issued that stated that the card is being extended till 18th Nov 2008 and can start to buy concession already cos the purple machine cos the e-pass button liao. But not enough money so I onli went to top up. But the next moment when I took a bus, it's stated paycash. I was puzzled but decided to pay cash first then see how. But the driver really pissed me off cos she said she nd to confiscated my card cos it's stated expire on her machine. I was like HUH? She even said that you should know how to read what written on the screen of my machine right? I was very taken aback by her words la. Poor service! I think SBS should really have a system like maybe sending out letter to us and inform us that our card is going to expired or something right? At least let us know before hand and not just confiscate it on the spot as if I wanna cheat them money like that. Just confiscate like that, and I need to pay coins throughout the day. So ANGRY la. I even topped up somemore. My $10! Wrote a complain letter. Hopefully they will reply fast. My Ez-link card!
Today is children's church Sports Day. It was fun and I guess it's another event to remember cos it's the first time we're having a Sports Day @ Yishun Stadium. Everything was well-planned and organized. Three cheers for all the teachers! Had a enjoyable time with my kids cos some irregulars came. I shall consider them as open doors. It ended early by like an hour or 45 mins so managed to get home quite early cos the bus driver drove me to the bus stop where I can take 506 expressbus home straight. He is really a nice driver but so sad he said he will be joining another company soon so maybe he wont drive anymore. I really hope that he will continue driving N14. Ha... Thank God that even thought everywhere was raining but Yishun did not rain when we were having our runs and all. So everything went pretty good. Thanks Yizhen too for helping me even though I sms her like on fri night. Always so willing to help and serve. Good attitude. Must keep that up! Ha... Even created Yizhen interchange too. lolz. Super funny. Was suppose to type Yishun stadium when I sms her but ended up typing Yizhen stadium. '_''

Graduation!
Yeah! Finally graduated from NP even though still nd to stay there for another 2 years but it's really a great time seeing everyone graduating and gathering together! It's really our BIG day after 3 years of hard work. All is well said and done. Everyone will be going on to thier difference paths in lives but it's really great to meet and have this whole bunch of friends and classmates in NP. Being so passionate for all the children in the world. Believing that we can make a great difference in the lives of these children. Looking forward to meeting and seeing everyone achievement in the days to come! Yes! We can make it! Was indeed a touching moments to be graduated. So here's some photos tt I have now. Will upload more when JH send mi the rest of the photos.
Oh ya... Guess what? I'm really falling in love with our NP library! The best library I have ever seen so far in SINGAPORE. Ha... cos other than the great facilities we already have, now we have the board game room! It's really fun to be in there playing and using our brains during break times. So after the graduation ceremony, we went to eat Mad Jack and back to school for the boardgames room. Didnt have the photos of the boardgame room. Will take a photo of it when we go there again. Hmm... When ar? Thur! Oh... and going to beauty world to eat the food which JH said very nice. Ha... Why thur? Cos coming thur is our grand launching of the Wheelock tied-up program in NP. So we're finally going to get our timetables and other stuffs. Hope that it will not be a boring day! But I'm looking forward to our JB trip on monday! Everyone go ok? Will be the last few days of fun before we starting school again. Had a great time giving tuition today. Maybe becos it's in the morning and Joash is more awake. Manage to get some work done and oh ya... he introduces me to a game call 'Club Penguins'. Not bad a game though it's something like neopets. Just go and have some fun and at the same times can build good rapport. So yup... Looking forward to great things to come! Cos my bro going to NS tml. He will be away for 2 weeks which mean tt no one will buy food for me to eat at night or when he come back late in the night le. No one to stay up with mi in the night le. Ha... Think will nd to get use to it ba since he will onli be back during the wkends but still... School starting anyway, it's time for mi to build some good habits again by sleeping earlier le. Oh ya... Yeah... Going to have a decent hp le. (My bro's Hp) Ha... Hope he will slim down when he comes back! My bro brougth my mum to my graduation and tml it's mi turn to bring my mum to his enlistment le. Very early la! 8.30am must reach pasir ris.

GSS~!
Ha... Great Singapore Sale is on! But until now also dun have much time to go shopping. Ha... cos dun have much cash anyway. But I decided to borrow money from my bro since his last pay is like $500 plus then he's going NS this fri liao so his money in bank also no use. I promise to return the money when I get my second tuition salary which is the end of the month. So now I can spend some money on shopping before the sale end. Ha... Anyway, I bought a pair of pants and shoes for my graduation le. So yup! Didnt spend much except the $50 on my blouse and pants. The shoes I bought it at Seiyu which is not known as BHG (Be Here for Good things! Lame rite? haha) onli paid $3.90 for the shoes thanks to my friends who bought mi the vouchers during my birthday. Ha... Now I'm thinking of getting a wallet since I have my $20 vouchers and a bag since got 25% off. Still thinking... Oh ya... wanna buy a top from M Industries cos it's now 2 for $30. Thanks to my niece whose friend also want a top from there. So we can combine and buy together this sunday. Ha... Tml is our graduation le and there's seem like so many things to do. Wanna go out celebrate but yet got writing clinic class. What should I do? Must take lots and lots of photos!!! Ha... Then the wheelock program launching soon still nd to get the T-shirt and worst still nd a white or black bottom but I dun think I have leh. Not going to buy again? But excited to get the timetable and all la. So looking forward to it which means that school is starting real soon!
Super stress about children's church attendance this month. Fainting soon. Every week see attendance, I also heart attack. My kids stay at Bukit Timah area and guess what every week now cos of holidays also 8 kids will be away for holidays thus my attendance went from going up to going down. Looking at the growth chart seemed to be so disheartening. Cos attandence has also been good and growing de. But at least I can still thanks God tt the kids dun all go on holidays on the same week. From 24 kids until now 13 last week! Dunno how to face pastor ar. Stress. Cg going to multiply soon July I think but will I manage to get a weekday cg? If not should I really consider going into children's church cg which means I will be directly under pastor's care? Thinking about tt make mi tremble. Ha... How how? God, I need a sign from you! If not, I realli cant cope with serving on sat and having cg on sat. They crash! AnD I guess I need to go for makeup cg for the next 3 weeks since no one can help mi do busing. Oh no... What can I do? Give up serving? Impossible! God, help me! I need guidances!
*Had quite a bad tuition today cos wasn't of the mood to give tuition or maybe somehow got frustrated. But thank God tt I onli ended up nagging at Joash which I think he dun like also. Ha... I also enjoys talking to him about my feelings about the way he behave but think today went a bit overboard cos after tuition, even though he is still very happy cos I promise to reward him and I did it today. He even went out of the room and told his mum the 6 timetables which is memorise confidently. But I feel a bit bad cos of the nagging and not in the mood. Think he didnt learn much today ba cos he realli dun like chinese and I also dunno how to teach chinese. Just asked him to write and write. I must realli do something about it. Create games! :)

cHaLet
My right arm is still aching like crazy! Just by sitting out there in the sun Bbqing for about 3 hours, here come the aching. How does it feel like? It's exactly the pain I feel after swefing the tons of sand we did in vietnam during IEP. It reall remind me of the pain cos same senario, I cant sleep cos of the pain. So I ended up sleeping for like onli 2hours then the room is super cold even though the aircon temperature is adjusted to lke 29 degrees celsuis. Frozen but it did not freeze my pain. Cant discribe it. At that moment onli wan to rush home and use salonpus. Now my arm are filled with salonpus. lolx. white patches everywhere. Hopefully it will get better if not surely will affect my mood cos just cant seem to carry much stuff like carryin my bag? The chalet was fun overall. Just that got nothing much to do. Oh... that's the reason why I ended up bbqing the whole night! Ha... Learnt a new game from the kids call guan shuai. Quite fun but super intense game! Dun think have any photos to upload cos didnt took at all. ha...

World of the Sea
Went to sentosa with Hui Qin and Jia Yi- my secondary school friends. Ha... meet up like 3 months ago and now again. ha... Wanna celebrate Qin's birthday so we decided to treat her to underwater world and dolphine lagoon. Suppose to be $19.50 but cos it's june holidays now, it's onli $13.50 and it's an entry for both location. Was fun watching all the dolphines displaying their talents. ha... They are all so adorable and obedient. So cute! They are pink dolphines but according to the trainer, it's grey in color now and is turning pink slowly as it grow up to be an adult dolphine. And the underwater world is really filled up fishes! Can see all sort of fishes and they can be so so big! There is so many things to see but was a bit overwhelm by the visitors from India. They are like so many of them coming for holidays and guess what, we went to the dolphine lagoon first and then underwater world, they did too! So I think there's more of them than fishes tt I saw. lolx. But it was fun afterall since it's the first time I went there. Went to eat Mache @ Vivio city. Vivio is realli so big tt though I went there a few times, I nv realli did any shopping at all. Must realli find some day to go there and shop.
And now, for today went to watch Sherk 3 with my cousin. Wanna watch movie but didnt have any show in mind so just watch tt. Didnt watch Sherk 1 and 2 so didnt wanna watch 3 but watched tt in the end. Was a nice fairytale with all sort of fairytale characters in the story. Now I wanna watch Sherk 1 and 2 too! Ha... Went to eat Saeka sushi since my bro wanna eat the buffet so yup, treat my cousin since we dunno wat to get for her birthday. Ha... Then finally went to do some shopping but my bro very irritating cos he dun like to shop so end up spoilting our mood to shop. So he went home in the end while my cousin and I continue. Bought a blouse for graduation since nx wed it's the day. Now I nd a pair of shoes and pants. And a pair of spectacles! Mine spoilt while I was wiping my face. Can u imagine how fragail it was? I didnt even touch it and it was broke. Time to change a new one I guess since I think I wore this throughout my poly years. ha... Is it? Cant remember. Or I should try contact lens since my bro wants too. Should be getting them on sunday after prayer meeting ba. Oh ya... my cg having chalet this wkend but I'll join them tml till sunday. But oh no... I havent do my homework for my writing clinic yet! Dun think will have the time to do leh. How ar?

Ha... long time no blog. Hmm... Wat was I busy with? Two weeks past. I watched 3 hongkong drama series during the wkdays, gave tuitions and go school. Ha... though writing clinic was boring, I should treat it as a time to meet up with friends. lolx. Anyway half way to go! Ending soon. Oh man, wat did we learn? ha... Having a break from tuition this wk since my kid went for holidays. So gonna starts to prepare lessons for his return since it's his school holidays. But was very fulfilling still he manage to learn his 6,7 and 8 timetables before he went for holidays. Hope he can still remember that when he's back.
eMErged! Yes, it's over after 4days of conference with 8 services. Being touched by every services was great! Touched and wiped in the presence of God. The presence of God was so strong in every meeting. Just like the song go, one life, one love, one broken heart, one word. Other than that, we also have FIR, Tank, Wing, Liu Geng Hong, his wife to be Vivi (Miss Taiwan 1999), Project superstars - Diya and Daren, Berlinda and Zhang hui mei-ah mei's former manager who is Sun's manager now. Can't remember her name. But she was such a humble women cos she shared as how she got into depression and how she was touch by Sun's songs and gotta know God. Now all of them other than those singapore artists are in our taiwan New Life Church! God is really doing great work in Taiwan. Using all of them to touch the lives in the media industry. Really amazing! Guess what? Liu Geng Hong actually propose to Vivi in the mist of everyone in the service! So sweet and romanic! And becos of tt, tt service become so lovey dovey service. lolx. But I love tt service the most cos tt was the service where we came before God and fallen into God's love all over again. Bring our lives on the alter and giving God our all! Wow! So now it's back to reaching out again. Gonna have CG chalet this wkend at changi bungalow. Everything seemed to be moving on and on...
Gonna go collect my grad attire tml before class starts at 6pm. Ha... graduation is nx week! Finally here. ha... So busy. Yet to have time to really go shopping. Cannot miss Great Singapore Sale de. lolx. Oh ya... Sent out the response slip to NTUC childcare le. Decided to take the interest free study loan offer since like what shuling said no nd to spend time looking for job when graduated. And since it's interest free then ok lo. Anyway, I dun think my dad will fork out money for my degree course since he like no response everytime when my mum talks abt the fees. So just earn my own money when I graduate lo. Anyway, my bro going NS soon so my mum can save his pocket money. lolx. 2 more years to go! Guess what, even until now... last night, I still can dreamt tt I was in Vietnam. lolx. Aiyo... realli impacted my life I guess. Planning to start 1%of my calling. lolx. 1 person can make a difference. Believing in the power of one! So probably going to sponsor a child every month from World Vision, about $45 per month. Deduct tt from my tuition earning ba. ha...
